Brewing Instructions for Darjeeling White Tea
To brew white tea, measure 2.5 grams of tea leaves per cup. Use freshly boiled water, and pour it into a teapot with the tea leaves. Brew for about 5-7 minutes. You can increase or decrease the infusion time to adjust the flavor. High temperatures will not change the inherent characteristics of white tea. Still, we recommend you brew them at relatively cooler water temperatures nearing 70 degrees celsius.
Because white tea already has subtle floral notes and delicate, it’s best to drink it unsweetened. You can add some citrus or honey to it, but for a natural taste, just have it plain. Using a Tea Infuser , you can re-steep the white tea leaves multiple times and get the same delicious beverage.
